Z&C'S GRUB ON WHEELS LLC took its name from the simplest idea in food: good grub, brought to where the people are. What began as a mobile-minded operation in Crooksville grew into something bigger — a company chartered across the entire landscape of food service.
Today our registered scope covers full-service restaurants — diners, family restaurants, steak houses, pizzerias, brew pubs, and fine dining; limited-service formats — fast food, fast casual, carryout, takeout, drive-ins, delis, sandwich and sub shops, and pizza delivery; group feeding — buffets and cafeterias; and on-premise baking and refreshment — bagel and doughnut shops, pretzel and cookie counters, coffee bars, juice and smoothie bars, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and fixed-location snack bars and refreshment stands.
We're not trying to be the biggest food company in Ohio. We're trying to be the one where every format — whether it's a three-course dinner or a pretzel at the counter — gets the same level of care.
